These Product Terms govern your use of specific features and programmes offered through MENTORR. They supplement the Master Service Agreement and apply to all users unless stated otherwise.
1. Synergy Match
- Match scores are algorithmic estimates based on data you provide. They do not guarantee outcomes or the quality of any mentorship relationship.
- Scores are recalculated when profile data is updated. Historical match data may differ from current scores.
- MENTORR may adjust the Synergy Match algorithm at any time to improve accuracy and fairness.
- Providing false data to manipulate match scores is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
2. Mentorship Programme
- Mentors and mentees agree to engage respectfully, professionally, and in good faith.
- Session content and feedback are confidential between mentor and mentee unless both parties consent to sharing.
- MENTORR is not a party to any mentorship agreement and is not liable for advice given or received.
- Mentors monetising advisory engagements are responsible for professional licensing compliance in their jurisdiction.
- Guaranteed matching within 48 hours is subject to mentor availability in the relevant vertical and timezone.
3. Growth Tracks & Courses
- Course content is educational only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Certifications reflect course completion and are not accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated.
- Course content may be updated or removed at MENTORR's discretion. Completion credits are non-refundable once started.
- Industry-recognition claims relate to employer familiarity within the MENTORR partner network, not regulatory accreditation.
4. Startup Accelerator
- Participation requires execution of a separate Accelerator Agreement including equity terms (currently 2.5%).
- Funding access, operator introductions, and Demo Day participation are subject to programme milestones.
- MENTORR does not guarantee investment, partnerships, or specific funding amounts.
- Participant companies remain solely responsible for their business decisions and legal compliance.
- Admission criteria and campus availability (Dallas, Kigali, Berlin) are subject to change.
5. Advisory Services
- Fractional advisory engagements are governed by a separate Advisory Agreement between the advisor and the engaging party.
- MENTORR acts solely as an introduction platform and is not responsible for advisory outcomes.
- Advisors set their own rates. MENTORR may charge a platform facilitation fee, disclosed at the time of arrangement.
6. Job Matching & Career Services
- Job and internship listings are provided by partner employers. MENTORR does not guarantee accuracy or availability.
- Placement statistics reflect historical cohort outcomes and are not guarantees of individual results.
- Any employment relationship formed through the Platform is solely between the applicant and the employer.
7. Community & Events
- Participation in community forums and events is subject to the Community Guidelines in our Policies.
- Event recordings and materials may be shared within the MENTORR community unless marked private.
- In-person event attendance may be subject to separate ticketing terms and venue policies.
8. Subscriptions & Cancellation
- You may pause or upgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations must be submitted before the next renewal date to avoid charges.
- There are no hidden fees or lock-in contracts on standard plans.
